The Machine Operator runs the seaming machine and provides basic adjustments as needed. The seaming machine rolls out fabric, cuts by specified measurement, and heat welds together to create a bigger insulation panel. This associate will ensure quality of all rolls including seams, fabric usage, panel length, and labeling of panels.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily safety checks on all equipment and follows all safety procedures effectively.
  • Enters order tracking information on production forms.
  • Performs daily machine setups and basic machine maintenance.
  • Performs compliance testing and other quality control measures.
  • Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
  • Operates forklift to move raw materials and products.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year production or warehouse experience, preferred.
  • 1 year machine operation experience, preferred.
