In this full-time role, you will provide IT support for Bay’s internal associates in a mostly virtualized and cloud environment. This role is critical in fielding customer support requests, resolving problems, installing hardware/software solutions, and supporting our associates and each other on the internal IT team. You will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the Company’s desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and related equipment. This position will provide IT support including on-prem/cloud/mobile and software provisioning, PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

Responsibilities:

· Provide primary IT support for Desktop, Mobile and Cloud delivered IT services.

· Ensure IT solution deployment follows established standards. Contribute to and assist in standards development.

· Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of IT accounts/services for Bay’s associates.

· Troubleshoot basic Microsoft O365 questions and problems.

· Guide associates on solution usage and develop ‘How To’ documents for self-service.

· Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue, prioritize, assign, and process accordingly.

Basic Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven exceptional customer service.

· Strong aptitude in OS updates, hardware, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.

· Ability to read & research computer instruction manuals and comprehend directions therein to remedy minor computer equipment malfunctions or changes.

· Interpersonal skills necessary to train others in computer systems.

· Must maintain confidentiality.

· Be a team member and a helpful resource to your co-workers.

Preferred Requirements:

· Associates Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
