The Coating Operator runs machinery that applies coating to multiple types of Dryer Sheet fabric.  Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are needed in this position. 

Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment is required.  Experience with liquid application to a non-woven material desired.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures daily production is produced per schedule requirements. 
• Checks incoming material for quality and quantity.
• Troubleshoots machine as issues occur.
• Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules.
• Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the machine / area.
• Performs preventative maintenance and tank cleanings.
• Operates forklift to move finished and un-finished goods.
• Performs other duties as required by Production Supervisor or General Manager.

Education and Experience: 

• 2 years machine operating experience required.
• Operating experience in coating application (liquid) environment desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

• Can work well in team environment.
• Math and measurement skills required.
• Work weekends and overtime as required.
