Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the production teams to ensure production, inventory, bill of lading, and invoice ticketing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Start production process by using D365 software to put orders into system.
• Close orders by adding freight charges and tracking numbers to sales orders by using D365 software.
• Create production lines for product to put into inventory.
• End production accurately by coordinating lines with paperwork.
• Entering inventory adjustments into a journal to balance inventory
• Total responsibility to accurately and timely adjust negative inventory.
• Complete internal transfers and work orders between our Medford, Merrill, and Green Bay divisions.
• Assist in purchasing when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• One year of office experience, preferred.
• Exceptional communication/organizational skills
• Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
