This position will monitor all production operations and resources to achieve customer satisfaction with respects to core value, quality, and on-time deliveries. This position will assist in achieving innovative productivity, economic goals, safety policies, quality controls, and all other production related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations.
• Coordinate plant activities.
• Communicate and delegate job expectations and duties to associates.
• Monitors daily production.
• Ensures all Quality Assurance and Safety policies and procedures are being enforced and followed.
• Coach and counsel, and discipline employees as deemed necessary.
• Revise schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow of production.
• Tracking and maintain inventory.
• Schedules inbound and outbound freight.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a production environment, required.
