The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the department and/or manager. Provide customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order entry, and other office work as requested.

            Responsibilities:

• Incoming and outgoing mail duties.
• Answer phones and Front Desk coverage.

• Inventory, stock, and order printed products and office supplies.
• Enter orders into computer system.
• Communicate with warehouse workers and customers.
• Call customers to confirm orders and provide approximate shipment and arrival times.
• Provide proof of deliveries to the customers.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Attention to detail regarding editing text and recording numbers. 
• Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively independently and within a cross-departmental team.
