The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor leads the production team in such a manner to ensure that the proper set up of production contracts, quality requirements and delivery expectations of the customer occurs.  Works as a part of the production team by performing quality control checks, moving product into and out of the work area, and assist the production team with the preparation of product.   

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all daily production functions specific to designated areas.
• Will have a basic knowledge of all work instructions.
• Maintains quality inspections.
• Assists in training and production scheduling.
• Assists in maintaining inventory levels.
• Oversee all packaging of orders specific.
• Conduct occasional final inspections of parts to ensure quality of product.
• Check on proper maintenance of equipment.
• Understand and complete paperwork as required.
• Other duties as assigned by 1st shift production supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience, preferred.
• Experience in window and door experience, preferred.
• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills for related equipment.
