Based out of Arizona, the District Sales Manager of our Metal Building division manages customer relationships and sales opportunities in the assigned territory which includes Arizona, Southern California, and Southern Nevada. This associate works to manage and grow market share with current and new customers.

 

Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and presents quotes and acquires customer orders daily

  • Enters and communicates customer orders to pertinent functions

  • Customer and prospect sales calls both onsite and via phone

  • Handles customer and prospect questions, complaints, & needs

  • Develops, reviews and implements district sales plan

  • Manages district pricing

  • Coordinates Customer requirements with all relevant internal functions

  • Manages Expenses and Effective Time & Territory Travel Plan

  • Communicates (internally) District Competitive Situation

  • Product, Selling, and Leadership Education Ongoing

  • Promotes Bay and Bay Products Throughout District

     

    What You Need to Get the Job Done:

    One year of Outside Sales experience within a relevant industry (Construction, Metal Building, or Commercial Insulation), preferred.
