Summary: The Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for assisting customers and inside sales on tasks such as product knowledge, quoting and ordering. 


  • All general office administrative functions including answering phones and routing to the appropriate person, filing, and general office organization.
  • Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
  • Generate BOLs using RedWood and contact carriers to schedule pick-ups.
  • Confirm order status, shipments, delivery dates and times to customers.
  • Will be required to perform all other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • One year of office experience, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
  • Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
