Summary: The Fireplace Technician serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, pre-planned daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems.  The Fireplace Technician will drive a company vehicle to customer locations.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering, and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing acceptance tests.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Complete forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Must maintain a current and valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in gas fireplace service or related HVAC, preferred.
• Must provide hand tools including pliers, hammer, measuring tape, power drill, wrench set (metric & English) and multi-meter.
