Job Summary: The part-time paid General Laborer performs duties inside corporate offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, & scrubs.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture & walls.
• Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Wash windows and woodwork.
• Prepare rooms for meetings.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
• Perform duties such as sidewalk maintenance.
• Trash removal from parking lot areas.
• Removing debris from around the buildings.
