The Bay Family of Companies is looking for Machine Operators to run manufacturing equipment at our Bay Converting Inc. division. The Machine Operators run lines that unwind, coat, fold, cut, and carton dryer sheets. Bay Converting Inc. only operates on a Monday thru Friday schedule, on first or second shift, but open to candidates interested in 3rd shift.  Saturday work is optional.  You will always leave work smelling laundry fresh! 

What your daily responsibilities would look like:

•     Ensures daily production is meeting schedule requirements

•     Checks incoming material for quality and quantity

•     Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules

•     Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the area

•     Operates forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may occur.

What we're looking for from you:

• 1 year machine operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Operating experience in converting environment preferred.
• Experience utilizing electronic control panels preferred.
