Summary: The Credit Analyst monitors the line of credit per customer account and the due dates to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. While maintaining a professional relationship, the Credit Analyst works closely with the customer by providing payment options such as installments to be applied to customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews credit applications and establishes the line of credit upon approval.
• Provides the Credit Manager with recommendations on credit applications based on research and analysis.
• Follows construction lien rights per state requirements.
• Conducts financial analysis including 3rd party report reviews.
• Prioritizes credit reviews for existing accounts and ensure proper follow-ups.
• Issues letters of credit, joint check agreements, and other related documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Coordinates with internal departments.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

?Qualifications:

•  Associate degree in finance or related field, preferred.
• 2 years of Accounts Receivable, Finance and/or Credit experience, preferred.
